Noen telefoner reklamerer med lav SAR som et salgsargument for lavere str\u00e5ling. En telefon godkjent i begge markeder oppfyller begge kravene, men tallene er ikke direkte sammenlignbare.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div class=\"standard-markdown grid-cols-1 grid [&amp;_&gt;_*]:min-w-0 gap-3\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div class=\"standard-markdown grid-cols-1 grid [&amp;_&gt;_*]:min-w-0 gap-3\">\n<h2 class=\"text-text-100 mt-3 -mb-1 text-[1.125rem] font-bold\">Sender ikke telefonen med samme styrke uansett?<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div class=\"standard-markdown grid-cols-1 grid [&amp;_&gt;_*]:min-w-0 gap-3\">\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">Dette er et sv\u00e6rt godt sp\u00f8rsm\u00e5l \u2013 og et som sjelden stilles i den offentlige debatten om SAR.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div class=\"standard-markdown grid-cols-1 grid [&amp;_&gt;_*]:min-w-0 gap-3\">\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">Mobiltelefoner bruker et system som kalles <em>adaptive power control<\/em>. Det betyr at telefonen ikke sender med fast effekt, men justerer sendeeffekten kontinuerlig basert p\u00e5 signalforholdene: jo n\u00e6rmere og bedre dekning fra basestasjonen, desto lavere sendeeffekt trengs <a href=\"https:\/\/ieeexplore.ieee.org\/document\/9072614\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">[5]<\/a>. Jo d\u00e5rligere dekning \u2013 i kjeller, heis, eller i metallkledde kj\u00f8ret\u00f8y \u2013 desto h\u00f8yere sendes det.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div class=\"standard-markdown grid-cols-1 grid [&amp;_&gt;_*]:min-w-0 gap-3\">\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">SAR-testen gj\u00f8res imidlertid med telefonen i <strong>full maksendeeffekt<\/strong> og <strong>tett inntil testhodet<\/strong>. Under normal bruk sender telefonen sjelden med full effekt, men i situasjoner med svak dekning \u2013 nettopp n\u00e5r du kanskje lengter etter \u00e5 ringe \u2013 kan den reelle eksponeringen komme n\u00e6r testverdien, eller overstige det du forventer basert p\u00e5 oppgitt SAR.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div class=\"standard-markdown grid-cols-1 grid [&amp;_&gt;_*]:min-w-0 gap-3\">\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">Det sentrale poenget er dette: <strong>SAR-verdien sier noe om maksimal absorpsjon under standardiserte betingelser \u2013 ikke om gjennomsnittlig eksponering i daglig bruk.<\/strong> To telefoner med identisk SAR-verdi kan ha veldig ulike sendem\u00f8nstre, antenneplasseringer og faktisk brukereksponering.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div class=\"standard-markdown grid-cols-1 grid [&amp;_&gt;_*]:min-w-0 gap-3\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div class=\"standard-markdown grid-cols-1 grid [&amp;_&gt;_*]:min-w-0 gap-3\">\n<h2 class=\"text-text-100 mt-3 -mb-1 text-[1.125rem] font-bold\">Er det antenneplasseringen \u2013 ikke str\u00e5lemengden \u2013 som avgj\u00f8r SAR-verdien?<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div class=\"standard-markdown grid-cols-1 grid [&amp;_&gt;_*]:min-w-0 gap-3\">\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">Siden antennen er den prim\u00e6re kilden til absorpsjon i vevet, vil en antenne plassert i toppen av telefonen gi h\u00f8yere SAR enn en antenne plassert i bunnen. Antenneplasseringen er derfor en reell designvariabel som p\u00e5virker det oppgitte SAR-tallet <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mdpi.com\/2079-9292\/11\/4\/511\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">[6]<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">Standarden (IEC 62209-1) krever at telefonen testes i minst fire posisjoner \u2013 h\u00f8yre og venstre side av testhodet, i b\u00e5de \u00abcheek\u00bb- og \u00abtilt\u00bb-posisjon \u2013 og det er den <strong>h\u00f8yeste<\/strong> m\u00e5lte verdien som rapporteres. Men det er ikke hele bildet. N\u00e5r antennen flyttes nedover, flyttes ogs\u00e5 str\u00e5lekilden n\u00e6rmere halsen. Skjoldbruskkjertelen sitter i halsens fremre del og er \u2013 i motsetning til hjernen \u2013 ikke beskyttet av bein. Dosimetriske studier viser at skjoldbruskkjertelen er blant organene med h\u00f8yest RF-absorpsjon under mobilsamtaler <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cancer.gov\/about-cancer\/causes-prevention\/risk\/radiation\/cell-phones-fact-sheet\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">[13<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/journals.plos.org\/plosone\/article?id=10.1371\/journal.pone.0340681\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">14]<\/a>, og SAR-testen m\u00e5ler ikke eksponering mot dette omr\u00e5det siden testhodet slutter ved halsroten.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">En lav SAR-verdi er derfor ikke en garanti for lavere totaleksponering mot kroppen.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">Testmetodikken fanger heller ikke opp faktisk bruk \u2013 der telefonen holdes i andre vinkler, ligger mot kroppen i lomme, eller brukes i d\u00e5rlig dekning der sendeeffekten \u00f8ker automatisk <a href=\"https:\/\/iopscience.iop.org\/article\/10.1088\/0031-9155\/50\/16\/011\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">[7]<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div class=\"standard-markdown grid-cols-1 grid [&amp;_&gt;_*]:min-w-0 gap-3\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div class=\"standard-markdown grid-cols-1 grid [&amp;_&gt;_*]:min-w-0 gap-3\">\n<h2 class=\"text-text-100 mt-3 -mb-1 text-[1.125rem] font-bold\">Er testhodet representativt for deg \u2013 og s\u00e6rlig for barn?<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div class=\"standard-markdown grid-cols-1 grid [&amp;_&gt;_*]:min-w-0 gap-3\">\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">Dette er kanskje det mest kritiserte aspektet ved SAR-testingen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div class=\"standard-markdown grid-cols-1 grid [&amp;_&gt;_*]:min-w-0 gap-3\">\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">Den standardiserte hodemodellensom brukes i SAR-testing, er utledet fra antropometriske data hentet fra studier av <strong>amerikanske milit\u00e6rpersoner p\u00e5 1980-tallet<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/ieeexplore.ieee.org\/document\/539947\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">[8]<\/a>. Den gjennomsnittsmannen modellen representerer har et hode som er st\u00f8rre enn gjennomsnittet av den generelle befolkningen \u2013 og langt st\u00f8rre enn et barns hode.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div class=\"standard-markdown grid-cols-1 grid [&amp;_&gt;_*]:min-w-0 gap-3\">\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">Dette har konkrete konsekvenser:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div class=\"standard-markdown grid-cols-1 grid [&amp;_&gt;_*]:min-w-0 gap-3\">\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\"><strong>Hodest\u00f8rrelse p\u00e5virker absorpsjonen.<\/strong> Et mindre hode har kortere avstand mellom skallen og hjernevevet p\u00e5 begge sider. Str\u00e5lingen trenger derfor relativt sett dypere inn i et barns hjerne enn i en voksens. Den gir en standardisert og reproduserbar indikasjon p\u00e5 maksimal absorpsjon under gitte betingelser, og sikrer at produkter som selges lovlig i Europa holder seg under en fastsatt terskel.
